Kupid.ai Review (2026): Is It Worth the High Price?

Kupid.ai is an AI girlfriend app that combines text chat with AI photos, short videos, voice messages and a character builder, and it includes adult content. This review sets out what it costs, what each plan includes, how much your companion is said to remember, how cancelling and refunds work, and what its privacy policy says, so you can decide before you pay.
What this page is based on: Kupid.ai's own pricing and upgrade pages, homepage, terms of service (revision dated "10/08/2026") and privacy policy, all checked October 10, 2026; the operator and price notes from our July 2026 fact check; our AI companion privacy scorecard (policies reviewed September 19, 2026); and the three Kupid.ai screenshots on this page (added September 2025 and July 2026). We have not measured reply speed, memory recall or voice quality ourselves, so those points describe what Kupid.ai states, not what we measured.
Quick answer: is Kupid.ai worth it in 2026?
Only if you are ready to commit to a 3-month or yearly plan and mainly want photos, videos and voice. Paid week by week it costs far more than the monthly plans of most rivals in our pricing guide, the free plan is small, every sale is final, and the privacy policy keeps your data for six years after you leave.

What is Kupid.ai?
Kupid.ai runs in the browser; its homepage links to no app-store app (checked October 2026). You pick a ready-made character from a gallery, with separate tabs for girls, anime characters and guys, or build your own, then chat by text. Paid plans add AI photos, short videos, voice messages from the character and voice input, which the plan table calls "Talk to Her". The homepage says new characters are added every week.
The terms state that "Kupid AI includes adult content and AI-generated adult content" and that users must be at least 18, or of legal age where they live. They also stress that all conversations are fictional.
Kupid.ai pricing (checked October 2026)
The pricing page we loaded on October 10, 2026 offers no monthly plan. It sells weekly, yearly and lifetime access instead, in euros for us; other regions may see another currency. The Pro upgrade page also offers 3 months of Pro, shown as €6.14 a week, which works out to about €79. Earlier versions of this page quoted third-party figures from July 2026 (Premium $13.99 a month, Ultimate $49 a month); those plans are not on Kupid.ai's pricing page now.

- Weekly billing adds up. Pro at €12.99 a week comes to about €56 a month, Ultra at €24.99 a week to about €108. Three months of Pro work out to about €26 a month and the yearly plans to about €15 (Pro) and €25 (Ultra), but you pay the whole period up front and the terms rule out refunds.
- Coins come on top. The Pro upgrade page lists "100 COINS / WEEK". Kupid.ai does not publish what each action costs in coins. Under the terms, coins that come with a plan expire six months after they are credited, coins bought in packs do not expire, and coins have no cash value.
- Lifetime is a single payment of €777 on the page we loaded. That is more than four years of Pro on the yearly plan, with no way back if you lose interest.
- Payment and urgency. The Pro upgrade page we loaded offered "Pay privately with Alipay or crypto" and promised "One payment, no hidden fees, nothing renews by itself". The pricing page showed an "Autumn Discount 75% Off" banner with a countdown timer, and the builder screenshot on this page from September 2025 shows the same 75% off badge, so the discount is long-running rather than urgent. That is no reason to rush into a longer plan.
What you get: characters, media and memory
Character builder
Besides the gallery, Kupid.ai has a "Create my AI Girlfriend" builder. The screenshot shows its seven steps: Type, Body, Hair, Face, Clothing, Personality and Identification. The homepage calls it "fully customizable", from hair color to personality traits. Per the plan table, free users can create 1 character, Pro users 4 and Ultra users 8.
Photos, videos and voice
The sidebar in the screenshots on this page has "Generate Image" and "Generate Video" tools and a "Private Content Feed". Paid plans come with weekly allowances of photos, videos and voice-message minutes (see the table above); the free plan includes none. The Pro upgrade page adds that Pro "puts up to three of your characters in one image." We have not rated the quality of the images, videos or voices ourselves.
Memory: what the plan table says
Kupid.ai's homepage mentions memory only in a customer testimonial. The plan table is more specific: under "She Remembers" it lists the last 30 messages on Free and the last 100 on Pro, and shows an infinity symbol for Ultra. Read literally, a Pro companion keeps only your most recent 100 messages in view, so details from older chats can drop out unless you pay for Ultra. Kupid.ai's public pages do not explain how its memory works or describe a way to view or edit what is stored. How to cancel Kupid.ai, and refunds
- Refunds: the terms (checked October 2026) say "All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable" and "We do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations for any subscriptions, accessed or used after purchase."
- Stopping renewal: the terms say "If you would like to cancel your subscription from rebilling, please contact us at hello@kupid.ai", and that later charges follow the rules of the payment processor. The pricing page, by contrast, says "One payment, nothing renews." Because the two disagree, check your receipt. If your payment method can be charged again, email hello@kupid.ai to stop rebilling and keep a copy of that email.
- Leftover coins: coins from a plan expire six months after they are credited; coins from purchased packs do not expire. Neither can be cashed out.
- Closing your account: the privacy policy says personal information is usually stored for six years after you stop being a user.
Is Kupid.ai safe?
Kupid.ai is a working paid service, and its documents name a company: the privacy policy is issued for "Kupid AI owned by SNB Tech", and the terms say all payments are processed by SNB Tech. Our July 2026 check recorded the operator as SNB Technologies LTD in Cyprus. Earlier in October 2026 the site footer named another company, CommerceCentral Services INC, without explaining its role; on October 10, 2026 it named SNB Tech. Neither the terms nor the privacy policy gives a postal address.
The privacy policy earns a C, 9 of 16 points in our AI companion privacy scorecard:
- Personal information is "usually" stored for six years after you stop using the service.
- It does not say whether chats are used to train AI models.
- It describes only generic "appropriate security measures".
- Its revision date still reads "[ 02/05/2023 ]", like an unfilled template, and a marketing clause names another company, "Usway".
The terms themselves advise against sharing sensitive details such as financial information or addresses in chats, and they say that anything in a conversation that resembles reality, "such as offers of real-life meetings", is "entirely fake". Share feelings, not details that identify you.
Pros and cons of Kupid.ai

Kupid.ai packs photos, videos, voice messages and a seven-step character builder into one app, and its plan table lists per-tier allowances, though it leaves the free message cap, Ultra memory and coin costs unexplained. The pricing, refund and privacy terms covered above are what hold it at 3.5/5. If you do buy, yearly Pro is the cheapest paid option per week.
