Best NSFW AI Girlfriend Apps in 2026: Uncensored Picks Compared

Janitor AI's main site blocked us too, but its help center, checked October 10, 2026, describes its free and paid plans. Ratings are our editorial opinion of these documented facts.

NSFW AI girlfriend apps compared

All of these apps are for adults only. The "Adult content" column reports what each app says about itself, not what we saw in a chat. General assistants with companion modes, such as xAI's Grok, are left out because they are not standalone companion apps.

The apps one by one

Nomi.ai: best for uncensored text roleplay

Nomi is made by Glimpse.ai, Inc., a Maryland company. Its homepage says the AI should stay unfiltered and uncensored, and lists selfies in chat, voice messages and calls, group chats and long-term memory. You can start free with no credit card, and its help wiki describes a free plan of 50 messages a day with no time limit (checked October 2026).

Price: web prices are shown only after you sign in. Nomi's US App Store listing (checked October 2026) has Standard at $15.99 a month, $39.99 a quarter or $99.99 a year, and a Launch Plan at $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year. If you downgrade, you keep your Nomis and one-to-one chats, but group chats, video and voice become read-only.

Privacy: grade C (9/16). Deleting your account deletes your personal information within about 28 days, except material in training archives, which is no longer linked to you. The policy does not mention encryption.

Kindroid: the fewest content rules

Kindroid is run by Beautifully Incorporated in Los Angeles. Its moderation guidelines explicitly allow NSFW content and erotic roleplay. They say there is no filter on the AI itself. Accounts are locked only after repeated, warned violations in three areas: planning imminent self-harm, real-world harm to others, and child sexual abuse material. Selfies may be checked against the content rules of the platform you use Kindroid on.

Price: there is no public price list. Its subscription page says you see the exact price for your country and platform at checkout, and that the web is usually cheaper than the App Store or Google Play. Plans run 1, 3 or 12 months, and Ultra and MAX are monthly add-ons for more memory. A new account gets 50 messages (15 in some regions), 5 selfies and up to 2 Kindroids. The 3-day premium trial needs a payment method and turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel in time (checked October 2026).

Privacy: grade B (11/16), the best of the text-first apps here. Chats are encrypted at rest and in transit, but the legal page says Kindroid is not end-to-end encrypted, because its systems must process chats to reply. De-identified chat content may be used for any purpose.

Our take: the pick for explicit written roleplay under clearly published rules, if you can live without a public price. We have no full Kindroid review; its 4.1 rating comes from our app directory.

SecretDesires: the lowest monthly price for images and video

SecretDesires is run by Playhouse Media LLC in Delaware, with a trading company in Malta for EU customers. Its homepage sells "adult AI fantasy experiences for every kink". It also says charges show up on your statement as "SDAI" with a generic descriptor (checked October 2026).

Price (checked October 2026; free limits from the July 2026 plan screen): Free has a daily message limit and a daily image limit. Pro costs $7.99 a month and adds unlimited messaging, image and video generation, phone and voice features, and 100 Hearts, the app's credit. Ultra costs $13.99 and adds voice cloning and 200 Hearts. Max costs $19.99 and adds the Max and experimental chat engines and 300 Hearts. The screen says "No commitment, cancel anytime". Its terms (last updated March 26, 2026, checked October 2026) say all sales are final and non-refundable, except that EU residents get a 14-day withdrawal period.

Privacy: grade C (8/16). The privacy policy lists AI model training as a use of chat content, but a separate Trust Hub page says conversations are never used for training. We grade the policy, but you should know the two pages disagree.

Candy.ai: voice, images and video

Candy.ai is run by EverAI Limited in Malta. Its homepage offers premade and custom characters that can talk by voice, send generated images and appear in AI-generated videos. Its community guidelines ban content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, and images that look like real people.

Price (as listed in July 2026): $12.99 a month, about $7.99 a month on the 3-month plan, or about $3.99 a month billed yearly ($47.88). The plan includes 100 tokens a month. Text chat on Premium does not use tokens, but images, video and voice do, so heavy image users pay more. The free plan is 5 messages in total. Visitors in Europe see prices in euros.

Privacy: grade B (12/16), tied with Replika for the highest in our scorecard, with catches. Chats may be de-identified and used to train Candy's models, with no opt-out, and outside AI providers may receive the content of your messages. Account data is kept for three years after your last activity unless you ask for deletion.

OurDream.ai: images and video at a higher monthly price

OurDream.ai is run by Dream Studio USA, Inc. Its homepage says you can generate NSFW images and videos of your companion, and bans minors, characters that look underage and deepfakes of real people. Its FAQ lists $19.99 a month, or $9.99 a month on a yearly plan billed $119.88 up front, both with unlimited messages, image and video generation and 1,000 dreamcoins a month (checked October 2026).

Privacy: grade C (10/16). Chats may be used to train its AI models, with no opt-out. It says data is encrypted at rest and in transit, which we have not verified. See our OurDream.ai review.

Kupid.ai and Joi.com

Kupid.ai (3.5/5) is run by SNB Technologies LTD in Cyprus. Its homepage promotes picture and voice messages and has a "Spicy" style option. Its pricing page (checked October 2026, shown in euros) has no monthly plan: Pro costs €12.99 a week or €179 a year, Ultra €24.99 a week or €299 a year, and Lifetime €777. The free plan lists 15 messages, and its terms say all sales are final. Privacy grade C (9/16); personal information is usually kept for six years after you leave. See our Kupid.ai review.

Joi.com (3.0/5) is run by Novi Limited in Cyprus. It advertises unfiltered NSFW chats plus image and video generation (homepage, checked October 2026). As listed in July 2026, Premium cost $17.77 a month, $26.66 for 3 months or $60.95 a year. Its refund rules are among the strictest here (see the table below). Privacy grade: C (8/16). CrushOn.AI and Janitor AI

Both appear on many NSFW lists. The CrushOn.AI site blocked our checks in October 2026, so we cannot confirm its current prices or features. Janitor AI's main site blocked us as well, but its subscription FAQ (checked October 10, 2026) describes a free tier with unlimited chats on its standard models and about 9,000 tokens of context, and says a free option will stay; Janitor+ adds more context and faster replies, at a price the help center does not give. Bots with sexual themes must be tagged "Limitless". Our free vs. paid guide has the details.

Their privacy policies (graded September 2026) say: CrushOn.AI may use content from character chats to train AI models, and names its operator, TECHIEPIE LTD in Cyprus, only in its terms and footer (grade D, 7/16). Janitor AI, run by JanitorAI Inc. in the US, lists encryption and access controls and lets you delete your account in settings, but does not address sensitive data such as your sex life (grade C, 8/16).

• Sweetdream.ai (4.5/5): see the Sweetdream.ai review. Its privacy policy grades D (7/16) and states no minimum age. The policy claims end-to-end encryption, but we could not verify that.
• Camsoda AI (4.5/5): The details here come from its checkout screen in September 2026, which listed $9.99 a month ($4.99 a month on 3 months, $2.49 a month on 12 months) with 300 tokens a month and 18+ image and video generation; its terms say a one-month subscription renews at $19.95 a month. • ThotChat.ai still appears on older lists, but it shut down permanently on December 31, 2025.

Privacy: what the policies say

Few things you type are more private than an NSFW chat. From our scorecard's September 2026 grading:

• AI training: every app on this page that we graded scored 0, because none describes a training opt-out. Candy.ai, OurDream.ai, SecretDesires, CrushOn.AI and Joi.com say chat content may be used to train or develop their AI (Candy.ai de-identifies it first).
• Encryption: Kindroid says plainly it is not end-to-end encrypted. Candy.ai's policy promises only "appropriate security measures"; the one specific measure it names is encrypted password storage, and it does not say chats are end-to-end encrypted. These are the companies' own claims, not verified by us.
• Retention: Kindroid keeps chats until you delete the AI or the account. Candy.ai (three years), Kupid.ai (six years) and Nomi (about 28 days) are covered in the app notes above.
• Chargebacks: Joi.com's terms say that after a chargeback it may be required to disclose your private chats.

Practical steps: use a separate email address, keep your real name, workplace and location out of chats, check how the charge will appear on your card statement, and delete your account when you stop. Full grades and quoted policy passages are in the privacy scorecard.

Age checks are getting stricter

The law increasingly expects more than an 18+ checkbox. In the UK, chatbots that can generate pornographic content must use highly effective age verification or estimation under the Online Safety Act, and since March 9, 2026 Australia's Age-Restricted Material Codes require companion chatbots that can generate sexually explicit material to confirm users are 18 or older. Kindroid counts paying subscribers as verified and sends flagged free users to Yoti for a selfie or ID check; Candy.ai, OurDream.ai and Joi.com use outside age checks, Candy.ai and OurDream.ai depending on where you live.
